Add:

  1. set(JxDecoder) to set the global JxDecoder.
  2. get() to get the globa JxDecoder (default is JxDecoder.NON_VALIDATING).
  3. get(boolean), with a validation boolean specifying whether the {@link JxDecoder} is to validate JSON documents while parsing.
