Working old version.

I have undergone deep changes, adding an abstract factory for enabling different output eigines, i.e. Redmine & Doctrine.
The "new" master version, soon to become 2.0.0 runs fine, but with a local bitnami redmine 3.1 stack is returning syntax error from Redmine. Don't know if its a Redmine API bug/version incompatibility.
