FF8: texture copy animations #616

Summary

This Pull Request enables texture animations in mods, for example:

  • Character blinking
  • Battle stage animations
  • Worldmap beach waves
  • Triple Triad elemental icons

If there are palette animations in the game, this PR does not support this kind of animation.
