am not able to install python modules and as well as import modules

i have tried to install and import python modules but am able able to do that.....in jupyter and as well as in comd promt

Ensure you have added the path to your environment variables and upgraded your pip.
I hope this will solve your problem.

simply use anaconda command prompt, or copy the powershell start-up scripts in anaconda prompt to user-default startup ps1 file

It seems like pip is not working correctly on your computer. When you try to run pip from an Anaconda command prompt, not the regular Windows command prompt, do you see the same error?
