Description
The PR is raised as the code of conduct for k0s wasn't defined and was redirecting to the CNCF coc. It is updated with all the guidelines and this Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant version 2.1, available at https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/1/code_of_conduct.html.
Community Impact Guidelines were inspired by Mozilla's code of conduct enforcement ladder.
