The upgrade of Axum to 0.7 saw the removal of the
Serverutility class. It created for me an headache because I had to suddenly learn more about what's behind Axum (Hyper and Tower), to setup a server myself.Frankly, while it's good to learn, it kinda prefer when I can do it out of my own desire/interest, not while I'm barely scraping the barrel for free time to continue to pursue my own projects and objectives.
I have to thank @davidpdrsn for working on tokio-rs/axum#2398 (and the related PRs across this ecosystem) that made it possible to do the upgrade with minimal effort.
While at it, bumped a bunch of outdated deps.
