Description of problem

shimv2 boot failed with vsock enabled, this is caused by
missing enable vsock in KataAgentConfig.

lifupan added a commit to lifupan/kata-runtime that referenced this issue Dec 17, 2018
shimv2 missed to enable vsock in KataAgentConfig.
