Display of words from a custom wordlist seems jumbled up.

Brief Summary

When I added a custom wordlist in Ukrainian it came out all jumbled up. I checked that my file is in UTF-8. And it doesn't resemble KOI8-U encoding in UTF-8.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load a wordlist in Ukrainian(I used this one)
2. Use it with any settings

Expected Versus Actual Behavior

2 words, /w space for a separator, lower case(expected does not have the exact same words since I am not able to determine which one was used):
аварійка мамій vs. ñ–ð½ñ‚ðµñ€ð½ðµñ‚ñ„ð¾ñ€ñƒð¼ ð°ð½ðºðµñ‚ñƒð²ð°ñ‚ð¸
4 words, /w | for a separator, UPPER CASE(expected does not have the exact same words since I am not able to determine which one was used:
