Hi,
I generated 3 matricss (exon, intron & spanning) using the -V option in dropEst from 10X BAM file. For velocity analysis, I wanted to use the matrices directly to generate an AnnData object & pass it to scVelo following the steps here.

However, I could not generate the matrices due to the different size of the matrices.

> dim(s19.dropest$exon)
[1] 14763 10418
> dim(s19.dropest$intron)
[1] 14362 10418
> dim(s19.dropest$spanning)
[1] 11804 10418

As you can see, all my matrices have the same number of cells but different number of genes. I was wondering how can I generate matrices of similar size for all 3 of them so that I can use them for velocity analysis.

Thank you.
