PR3 sample of ovarian visium

  Problem while computing `inter_snp_cm = c(NA, cM[2:length(cM)] - cM[1:(length(cM) - 1)])`.
Caused by error in `cM[1:(length(cM) - 1)]`:
! only 0's may be mixed with negative subscripts
