Setup vim as an IDE

install ctags and cscope
sudo apt-get install exuberant-ctags cscope

install plugin management tool -- Vundle
git clone https://github.com/VundleVim/Vundle.vim.git ~/.vim/bundle/Vundle.vim -
install fonts (optional)
git clone https://github.com/powerline/fonts cd fonts && ./install.sh- install fonts if you would like to use airline plugin which requires some special characters to display status information.
- 如果需要使用airline plugin，則必須安裝字型，以顯示特殊字元。

set ~/.vimrc
- you can just copy my vim setting as follow; if you do so
- modify the plugin list as needed
