バグの再現手順

1.サークル投稿を行う
2.それを編集する

期待する動作

編集時、公開範囲のアイコンが「サークル」になる

実際の動作

公開範囲のアイコンは「公開」になる

詳しい情報

サークル投稿は非情に閉じられた公開範囲なので、それが「公開」になっているとプライバシーの面で恐怖を感じる
（実際に編集行ったとしても公開範囲は変わらないが）
