LearningLinux

This is a repository that will include exercises to aid in this short course "LearningLinux"

We will learn:

• How to set up our environment to work with Linux computers
  • install visual studio code, clone this repository, install ssh extensions, remote - ssh, remote explorer, and ssh fs
• How to use SSH
  • ssh to lab computer using the following methods
    • powershell, cmd.exe, powershell terminal inside of vs code, ssh fs, and remote - ssh
    • exercise to show them .ssh folder, the config and known_hosts files
• How to run a script on a Linux computer
  • ssh to your lab machine and run the onboarding script for your machine
