Issues Fixed:

• #1: The confirmation calendar view is no longer accessible when the confirmation system is disabled
• #2: Upcoming reservations are shown on the landing page using standard colors and wording when the confirmation system is disabled
• #3: Users with confirmation power no longer see a list of unconfirmed reservations on the landing page when the confirmation system is disabled

Added Features:

• New calendar view available showing unconfirmed reservations
• Landing page lists the next 3 unconfirmed reservations and gives the number of outstanding reservations awaiting confirmation
• The tool owner is now emailed when a reservation is made or modified for that tool

Issues Fixed:

• The wording on the preferences page was changed to "you and your reports" for each email option
• Supervisors now only get emails they've opted in for
