opened new branch for getting mes-viz into a place for demo next week

updates:

• mostly just making it to wear mcorr has no tab option while cnmf does
• need to figure out how to transpose contours to fit over movie
• also need to figure out why using tabs in cnmf is not working
• generally though, generating the plots and such in the viewer works!

You can just have checkboxes for transpose movies and transpose contours.

I know this is a pre-alpha WIP, but is it in a somewhat working condition? (this is the version from the demo in the workshop?)

I'd like to merge it into master as the current working codebase. As long as it doesn't remove functionality from whatever is in master that's fine.

Also update the README.md with updated info and an image of cnmf widget
