docs: astra component update

This pull request includes several updates to the documentation for Astra DB and Langflow integration.

• Components Documentation:

  • Updated parameters table.
  • Added a section on generating embeddings and explaining the two methods available. Provided an example and linked to further documentation.

• Quickstart Guide: Updated Astra component usage, including key, collection and db creation, and vectorize usage.

• Starter Projects: Updated Astra component usage, including key, collection and db creation, and vectorize usage.

This is fantastic @mendonk . Only small comment is about the collection creation process.

* The **Dimensions** value must match the dimensions of your collection. You can find this value in the **Collection** in your [Astra DB deployment](https://astra.datastax.com).

Maybe we can say here that this field is not required if specifying am embedding generation method? It's only required if they choose Bring your own.
