add discord provider

Hello Taylor Otwell. Today I make a pull request for adding discord provider in which I've been added in 2 files (BotRedirectBuilder.php, & DiscordProvider.php) and 1 folder( in Exceptions\GuildRequiredExceptions.php). I hope that whenever user trying to connect laravel socialite with their discord, it can be automatically linked to their discord account . Thank you.
