This PR attempts to create a set of integration tests and examples at the same time. In the official provider the examples and tests are separate, in this they are used together.
Each test pulls in an example file and ensures it behaves as expected.
To remove the requirement on infrastructure for testing the tests aim to use Minikube in Travis and should be runnable by anyone with a
kube_configset on their machine..
