Improved performance

The vertex-enumeration algorithm in v1.7 has been fine-tuned, and now the combinatorial part runs about three times faster then the previous versions.

Inner v1.6 - a Multiobjective Linear Program Solver

Version 1.6 is stable. It has an improved version of the combinatorial algorithm. On problems with 10 or more objectives the speedup is significant. It support glpk versions 4.57 and 4.60, including binaries for i386 (32 bit) and amd64 architectores.
