Epoch fails on valid file

This is possibly related to pylint, but in the python-modal-models branch, the file test/Python/src/modal_models/ModalActions.lf compiles correctly using lfc, but fails to compile in Epoch with a useless error message:

ERROR: /resource/PyTests/src/modal_models/util/TraceTesting.lf line 1
Unable to import 'LinguaFrancaModalActions' [ModalActions.py:3:1]

@petervdonovan can you take a look to see if this has to do with pylint invocation?
