This PR uses cmake to define LF_SOURCE_DIRECTORY and LF_FILE_SEPARATOR, which enable LF programs to read files that are located relative to the source
.lffile. This enabled resurrecting examples that use the audio capabilities in theutilsdirectory. This PR also includes updates to the documentation for those files.
