Added a dockerfile to the tool.

  • Useful for managing python dependencies and versioning
  • Also used to parse large pcaps on the host instead of exfiltrating off the host

Thank you for the PR, I think it's a good addition to this tool and would resolve the Cython issue that has been reported.
