Creating a new app

1- Creation of new app in Windows Dev Center

New apps can be created on the Windows Dev Center.

2- Generation of certificate

In VS Studio Express, link the app with Windows Store

3- Submission to Windows Store

Generate and upload .appxuploadfiles.
