Kyber Network integration

Kyber enables decentralized token swaps.

The integration into the Bloqboard lending wallet removes tedious friction points for certain API calls.

Currently, this integration can only be used for the Compound "repay-borrow" and Dharma "repay-lend-offer" calls. Selecting "True" for under the "utilizeOtherTokens" boolean. If a user inputs "-1" in the "amount" field and does not have enough of the selected "token" to fully repay their loan a market buy on Kyber will occur. Any other assets in the account may be used to make the repayment whole. In most cases, we have found this is a small amount of dust and works well for this purpose.
