Partly resolves Feature Request: Add "Report Generated: $DATE" text within the Spreadsheet and PDF #7 - Date header in PDF defaults to Month Day Year (%B %d %Y) instead of Month Day. Additional date format options are available and can be passed with the --date-format or -d arguments. See date formats in Patcher.
