Well... it's mostly Deno-native, but Deno 2 removed
FileDescriptors in favor of the OOPDeno.FsFileAPI, so I used a bit of Node-compat. Long-term,@effect/platformshould probably drop usingfids, but for now, I just want to get this to the finish lineStill needs tests, otherwise complete.
