The _includes/atoms directory has at least 4 components. The documentation is included within each component, with one piece of it being notes on the accessible use of the components.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Changes/improvements to the accessibility notes in the docblocks
  2. Citations/links to external sources backing up the notes
  3. Notes in valid/pretty markdown
