OSH 4 Port USB Hub

Designed in Kicad using a 2 layer board, based on Olimex's Olinuxino design: https://github.com/OLIMEX/OLINUXINO/tree/master/HARDWARE/A13-OLinuXino

Uses the low cost GL850G USB Hub IC.

It's tested and working however there may be room for improvements - suggestions are welcome.
