[feature]: Storefront needs to automatically update the newly added/changes translations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a developer when I add new translations or edit existing ones the watcher needs to be restarted. This is obviously not ideal since it really breaks the development flow/focus.

At the moment the watcher actually restarts but it doesn't reflect on the frontend until we restart the watcher.

I'd like the frontend to automatically reload when I add, edit or remove a translation.
