some memory-saving, vertex-combining, int size handling stuff...
* build cpp and c files * build unzip files, remove stuff the chedked to see if it was already built * build as shared library (dll or dylib) instead of static (a)
seems to be causing us to not combine some vertices we should be combining (also remove a cout that I forgot to remove)
