Include Row Dropping in History #677

When we drop filtered rows, can that be included in the history? Right now if rows are dropped, there's no record of it in the code export.

@colin-jensen just added this update in the v2.9.0. It's currently available on pypi and will be on corda-forge shortly. Let me know how it goes 🤞
