change indices order

For point part of the code, the indices of features now it is [batch, point, channel] which is now similar to geometry who is [batch, point, xyz].

Point cloud support

Better point cloud support.
This is not a stable version (they will probably never be any).
The name of the classes, their arguments and the files might change soon.
