Please add "effectiveLimitSoc" as a sensor

Hello, could you please add "effectiveLimitSoc: xy" as a sensor? This value is needed to display the actual charging limit in the UI and correctly position the slider. If a charging limit is set for the vehicle in the arrival plan, it will display the limit from the arrival plan; otherwise, it defaults to 100%. When the slider is adjusted, the effective value also updates accordingly. This ensures that the slider is correctly positioned when the vehicle is connected and that the actual charging limit is displayed accurately.
