I couldn't find another way of getting an
ExecutionContextIdfor aFrameId(i.e. to run commands targeting a specific frame within a page) without this patch to expose a non-mutable&FrameManagerthrough&Target(mut Handler.targets() -> &Target -> &FrameManager -> &Frame -> &DOMWorld -> ExecutionContextId).
