Maybe the MO4.Array.* Sniffs can get replaced with Squiz.Arrays.ArrayDeclaration alltogether now?

@mmoll unfortunately not, because of the hard coded required indentation of arrays in the Squiz.Arrays.ArrayDeclaration which is not Symfony compatible 😢
