remove experimental and not implemented notes
the pages aren't all written, but they are no longer experimental, and no longer not implemented.

example: https://caniuse.com/mdn-css_selectors_active-view-transition-type

Fixes #37231

one of the red links will be fixed via #37901. The others need to be written.
