Merging README

Revised structure:

• Main README summarizes the computational imaging framework and which methods are currently implemented.
• Split implementation details of specific imaging methods into specific READMEs (in /docs) - this is a work in progress. We should keep the description of hardware and software for each method together.

@talonchandler, let's discuss how we should link to the napari plugin and when to archive recOrder and recOrder-napari.
