クエリの
distinct coalesceの部分はioのCo-authored-by: まっちゃとーにゅ <17376330+u1-liquid@users.noreply.github.com>クエリで絞った段階で大した量じゃなくなるから、offsetまではいらないかなと。
(これでかかるならもっとかかりそうなところがあるし）
これかなりページングしづらいデータだし、TypeORM stream出来るっぽいのでstreamにした。
いらないと思うけど作ったので…
pg-query-stream忘れないように
