This will not work if you don't have the proper EC2-related environment variables set. You also need to create a .ssh directory inside of instance-files/ with a pair of public and private rsa keys. You must be on us-east-1 because the ami only lives there TODO: Autogenerate a new pair of public and private RSA keys when running the script.
