Newer versions of python do not include setuptools anymore, which breaks checkm. I have also opened an issue with checkm as I think they should fix that (Ecogenomics/CheckM#403).

The
checkmconda environment was broken. Somehow the latest version ofcheckmhas dependencies that are not found in thebiocondachannel, we therefore need to add theconda-forgechannel. Moreovercheckmis broken for newer versions of python which do not incorporate setuptools, so we add that as a dependency as well.We also add a new test suite, testing that all environments work and update the release process in the README accordingly.
