4.6.0 & later (currently on 4.6.0-89098)

Describe the bug

When in Debug Mode, and hitting "Reconnect," the /INSPECT attach command trace activity shows in the log, but it doesn't appear in the Web Chat pane.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start chatting with a bot in Debug Mode
  2. Click on "Reconnect"
  3. Observer that the Command trace shows in the log panel, but not in the Web Chat panel

Expected behavior

The Command trace should also show up in the Web Chat pane
