Description
Contains changes to allow the integration between Bundle Orchestrator and transactions.
These changes do not apply to Gen1 (Cosmos DB), they only apply to Gen2 (SQL).
The main additional change, was the addition of a sorting logic in Bundle Orchestrator Operation to sort all the resources by their HTTP Verb Operations.
