Added audit logging for $status operation on Update

Description

The update handler now creates an audit log for each of the search parameters that were changed for the PUT call for $status.

I have also added in documentation for the $status operation in the http folder.

Addresses [issue AB#104636].

Testing

Added new unit test to validate and ran through manually.
