Description of changes

Update to newest SPM packages for Demo app. In addition to getting us on a newer version of AppCenter, this will also hopefully resolve the issue where changing branches in Xcode results in the Package.resolved file being deleted. Fingers crossed!

Binary change

n/a, no change to library

Verification

App builds and launches as expected.
