Added tests for core Hyper-V socket functionality, including testing CloseRead and CloseWrite, as well as checking addresses are appropriate and timeouts work. Added fuzzing test to check for edge case read/write issues. Signed-off-by: Hamza El-Saawy <hamzaelsaawy@microsoft.com>
