Diagnostics are not cleared when switching diagnostic mode from "workspace" to "open files only" #789

Set the diagnostic mode to "workspace" and open a workspace where multiple files contain type errors. Open one such file. Change the diagnostic mode to "open files only".

Expected behavior: all other diagnostics corresponding to non-open files should be cleared from the problems window.

This is now fixed.

This is addressed in Pyright 1.1.49, which I just published.
