Warning

It seems this package can only be installed into War Thunder installation folder. For example, War Thunder main application is installed to C:\Program Files\War_Thunder\ ahead, then this package should be installed into subfolder C:\Program Files\War_Thunder\CDK\. Otherwise, this package will complaint about its location.

@Dragon1573, does that mean that GaijinNetwork.WarThunder is a dependency of it? I suppose not, since the installation script could just create the directory first?

According to its complaint, a War Thunder installation is required. The CDK need them for launching properly.

I can't sure if GaijinNetwork.WarThunder can be installed to a correct location that "detect-able" by CDK.

After manual validation, GaijinNetwork.WarThunder will be installed to $env:LOCALAPPDATA\WarThunder by default. GaijinNetwork.WarThunder.CDK will also be installed to $env:LOCALAPPDATA\WarThunder\WarThunderCDK by default.

But the CDK still unable to launch. 😞

War Thunder game contents are TOO LARGE for my test (from 19.6GB of Minimal, up to 115.8GB of Full Ultra HQ). I can't sure if the CDK depends on those EXTREMELY LARGE game contents of War Thunder.

Really appreciate if any other contributors and volunteers investigate it further. 🙏🏼

Important

GaijinNetwork.WarThunder currently uses vanity URL for installer file downloading. It's facing Error-Hash-Mismatch The InstallerSHA256 Hash specified in the manifest doesn't match with the InstallerURL hash problem.

It should be upgraded to a newer version (1.0.3.438 at the moment), and switch to a version-related static URL.
