v1.4.0のアップデートで、"インストール項目"と"インストール済み項目"を分離したため、ファイルから読み出したときの動作が意図しない動作になる
以下のように変更

  • ファイル読み出しは、チェックボックスに反映
  • ディレクトリ選択時は、インストール済みに反映
