add baseurl

Great work on this theme. I am hosting as a project page (kylealwyn.com/blog) and was getting all sorts of errors that the assets weren't found.

I added a baseurl param in _config.yml and went through and injected site.baseurl after site.url wherever I could find. I think this is pretty common and would be a nice feature to implement on yours to allow subdomain hosting.
