Extended support of Python 2 will be finally ended at January 1st, 2020.
It's good time to stop supporting Python 2 and drop all codes like
if PY3: code_for_py3; else: code_for_py2(a big thanks to them!).We will then be able to simplify our code and make future development easier.
However, there is no need to rush, so I'm planning to drop support for Python 2 as of the first release in 2020.
